The Beauty of Fjaðrárgljúfur Canyon

An Alien Landscape? So lush and green!Bright and early on day 4 it was back in the car on the way to Fjaðrárgljúfur Canyon.  The scenery driving through southern Iceland is spectacular, in one spot the scenery abruptly changes from black rocks and sand to rocks covered in thick, soft, spongy green moss!  It was amazing!  We stopped to get pictures and take it all in.  Sometimes nature is just so spectacular and incredible!  Loved it!!  Had to take some video of the stop…
